Last week I asked the counter, 2staff counter said the holiday is closed on Thursday-Sunday, 2021, today is Wednesday 12/5 to prepare an order to send, until the post office at 4.15pm instead of not opening, making it warm, cruel, really like to close, realiability of footprints. .. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Time mention closes 5.30pm tapi pukul 4 sampai orang kaunter tu Tanya nak buat apa, pastu dia bg form then cakap datang esok pukul 8-4ptg.. kalau time habis pukul 4 ptg then mention je la dekat Google 4-4.30ptg. ni mention 5.30 ptg tutup. Pukul 4 sampai dah Tak boleh berurusan. Bukan Ada orang pun time tu. Tak Ada customer pun. Bad service!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Space quite small, not enough seats. Bangunan je besar. Crowded usually from late morning until after lunch break. Service is slow, max counters open only three. Confused on letterbox outside, all was yellow with small letters/stickers indicating which was it for. Should use different color or big sign on the letterbox.
