1-2pm cannot go to pick up parcel. Very difficult for those who work for office hour.

โ โ โ โ โ Please educate your staff to be nice and pick up the calls. My parents and I have called several times, but the staff literally just pick up and HANG UP. Besides, other branch also doing the same thing which is pick up the call and HANG UP. If you don't know what is manners and respect please don't work as service line. Thank you
