 It's hard to be contacted .. I called from 9 o'clock to 11 o'clock but didn't leave .. Last² call again said 11 o'clock is closed ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wasted my time, my energy. Drove there on weekdays, twice, the sign at the door was showing open but the gate was closed. Couldn't contact the person in charge and the phone wasn't answered. The last time I went there, I had to wait for them to finish their breakfast at 10.30 am. Very disappointing.
Please get in turn if anyone had to leave and please leave any personal number we could contact since you can't /or maybe won't/ answer the office number.
I was mad because I had to take a leave on those days just for my cats and yet no one was there. Please improve your service. This is not the first time.
