★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staffs are efficient, my pet cat was well taken care of, ample of parking. Forget the vet for magical creatures, I'd come here even to treat my phoenix.
Fun Fact: If youre in Cat Treatment Room 1, keep an eye at the murky fish tank at the back cabinet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to thank Dr Yus who has been so very patient and understanding explaining to me on the procedure of euthanising a dog the other day. I was rather distraught as having to put my 18 year old paralysed dog to sleep and may have sounded rude. I would like to apologise to Dr Yus & Ms Nurfadhilah and also to the other kind staff that attended to my dog.
Living in Taiping and having had dogs all my life was a blessing, but the struggle was when our dogs fall ill. We struggle to find a reliable veterinary clinic in Taiping. We have had too many bad experience with veterinary Doctors previously and I am Glad that now I am able to rely with ‘Pejabat Perkhidmatan Veterinar” with my dogs. Thanking the management and team once again for doing a great job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A staff gave a vague infomation on how to clean our cat's open wound and gave us some cream. This is ridiculous, what the staff explained to us, it is basic information that we can find online. The reason we went to the clinic is to get proper treatment from professional, not on how to treat it ourselves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My cat have jaundice but the veterinarian doesnt seem to notice it even though the colour change was obvious.He said my cat have fever and dont give anything but ask us to buy air cap badak at kedai runcit.I believe in him and the day I brought my cat to private vet,it is already too late.My cat has died.I don't know where the veterinarian graduated from but please if you not fit for the job,just resign.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought a stray kitten, as i wasn't sure what's wrong with her, she has not been eating anything and her tummy was bloated. Approached a male staff, at first wasn't friendly enough, as though he wasn't interested to help, felt so not welcomed. He gave few tablets, calcium told me to come back aftr few days but unfortunately the kitten died that night. So my overall experience was not too happy as the first approach by the male staffs wasn't sincere to help animals.

Always refer veterinary to make sure my pet live life healthy ,plus the doctor, staff will give the best service.
So , dont worry about service , 5 star ♥️♥️
No need bring ur pet to private clinic.The doc noticed that I have problem with my leg, and caring pet beg, In a minute they come out to get me. I'm really thankful to them ?????
