★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Penjelasan dan pengurusan petugas Klinik Kesihatan perlu DIPERBAIKI.Tak terbayangkan jika atok² dan nenek² yang perlu deal dgn virus ni dan perlu handle sendiri.Sgt tak friendly user,kena call sana sini.Faham,bukan mudah nak uruskan emosi org sakit dan keluarga mereka tapi jika ada sistem yg lebih menyenangkan pengguna akan lebih tenang.Kerjasama lebih mudah diberikan.Frontliner, kami menghormati kamu.Kami juga perlukan hak yg saksama bg pihak kami.Jika ada sebarang SOP yg telah berubah minta sampaikan baik² bukan dengan sindiran. KKM sgt chaos skrg, tidak seperti 4-5bulan yang lalu.Confuse.. mengecewakan?
Explanation and management of Health Clinic staff needs to be IMPROVED. I can't imagine if grandparents and grandmothers need to deal with this virus and have to handle it themselves. Very not user friendly, have to call here and there. Understand, it's not easy to manage the emotions of sick people and their families there is a system that is more pleasant for users will be calmer. Cooperation is easier to provide. Frontliner, we respect you. We also need fair rights on our part. KKM sgt chaos now, not like 4-5 months ago. Confuse .. disappointing?
