★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place is good. Variety is definitely there but the less staff resulting in long queues and takes a long time to check out. Need to improve. Two cashier spot but only one cashier operating at times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just went there to buy a cake box. 1st,have to wait for about 10 minutes while waiting the staff to entertain n checked the temperature before allowed to enter the shop. While there are just a few people inside the shop. 2nd,the cashier in charge doesn't customer friendly at all..very rude.. Just asking the candle but get a response with a blur and sour face..I think maybe this will be the last experience with this bakery shop.. Not only problem with the staff.. Also everytime always short with the stock!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited for approximately 5 minutes for staff to take temperature before going in, no hand sanitiser provided and the pump bottle was empty. Needed help to find what I needed after 20 minutes of walking aisle to aisle upstairs and downstairs, quite a number of items are not available and product placement was a bit messy. Asked for help from the staff member downstairs, and she asked if I had looked for it on my own without offering to help search for me. The shop was basically empty. Also replied "I'm new here, ask for the staff members at the counter" when there is NO ONE else in sight, all in a rude tone. Staff members were not wearing masks as well as if there's no ongoing pandemic. Probably my first and last visit if this keeps up.
Redeeming qualities: Outlet looks clean and well-maintained.
TLDR: Discourteous staff, staff not wearing masks, product sorting could be better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always a pleasure to shop here. Parking is easy, lots of empty lots just outside. The shop is brightly lit, spacious and has everything I need, we sometimes go to their Johor Jaya branch which is more cramped and tight.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great one stop place for all of your baking needs, from all different kind of flours , molds, paper bags, tips, fondant icing to different sorts of nuts. It was my first time visiting the shop yesterday and ALL of the staffs were very nice and pleasant in helping me out. One of them actually suggested me which best type of flour I should use for making cookies. I will definitely come back again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Update: I went there next day, she said still counting stock. She said will only open day after tomorrow. You people need 3 freaking days to count stock? How in the world do you claim yourself to be baking supply shop if you can't supply something as simple as cake box to local bakers???? So freaking disappointed
They closed the entire top section because they are counting stock. Asked the staff until what time, so I can com back later, they are 'not sure'. Asked if they open tomorrow, she said inshallah (like hopefully in god's will). How will you be a reliable supply shop for bakers if you can give answers like this? Disappointed.
