Like the shopping environment, ambience space and you can find all kind of baking ingredients you needed or else, ask the friendly staffs. The most importantly, the pricing are much more competitive here. The even accept credit/debit/ewallet payment. This is one of the most comprehensive outlet BWY.

โ โ โ โ โ Good stuff and products in the store but experience is not favourable due to:-
1. Very poor customer service- Staff at the cashier keep talking among each other and when queries was asked to them, no effort taken to direct the staff in the store.
2. Staff took off the face mask to sneeze in the store during pandemic, this act defeat the purpose of wearing face mask to protect oneself and customers in the store, placing customer at danger as well during pandemic.
Hope the management would take neccesary actions to advise and remind the staffs on such SOPs and to improve their customer service.

โ โ โ โ โ They have almost every flour, butter, spices and nuts here ? Their green tea tends to sell out quite fast the moment it's restocked on the shelf ? I don't know how often they restock them but from observation, it's back on the shelf after 2 weeks. Environment is quite cooling and clean. Friendly & helpful staffs too ?
