★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If there is option I will choose 0 star !! Very bad service from the staff ! Especially the foreigner worker. I very polite to ask for help . He ask me sendiri tengok ! If I know that item then what for I ask ?! VERY RUDE SERVICES . Some more very rude to tell me you ask counter . I was like zzz . We are paying money but we get this kind of service !
PLEASE RESPECT YOUR CUSTOMER !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My worse customer service experience! I find the Chinese lady rude and one of the Malay staff ( the obese one) extremely unfriendly. They both could do with staff training on customer care. There is no eye contact and no helping hand kind of service. The place is over crowded with goods hence it’s difficult for a customer to browse n heavily reliant on the staff to show exactly where the products are. Compare this with House of Ingredients and you get first class friendly service. Unless u are desperate or in an emergency avoid the store .

Cons: Very small shop. Much smaller than most bakery supplies shops.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its always my favorite emergency choice for bakery item. Their product is cheap and good quality. Just limited choice for packaging. But its still provide the basic for bakery item. Some of their item is very rare, like the Uruguayan butter. It's lovely salted butter and very good for your caramel sauce. And the staff there also very helpful. They willing to wait if u are late but need to call them ahead.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Price could be good but I didn't manage to get what I wanted (vanilla beans and fire gun for creme brulee). Quite disappointed as I took the Grab from Mont Kiara to this shop (since there are many reviews that it is a backers paradise). Note : the shop is located in the Market itself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located on first floor of a building of TTDI wet market. Entrance opposite 7eleven. Most of baking supply can be found here. Party supply like paper plates are not available but can be found at MrDIY only 200m from here. Google Pasar Besar Awam TTDI for location.
