★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quality average. For me the most important is one can order cake here thought they don't take fondant cake order. Staff behaivior is good and supportive. Besides bakery items you can have ice cream here. There is also setting arrangement, you can seat and finish your food there. Nice neat and clean place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of, if not the oldest Baker's Cottage in Shah Alam. Service is passable but fast & efficient. Sometimes sell limited items in bulk.
Bit of a shame that they're focusing less in the baked goods and more towards the chicken but it is what it is.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been a huge fan and loyal customer of Baker’s Cottage ever since I was a young boy. Over 10 years to date. Still remember begging my parents to go down to the outlet in section 9 for a sausage roll.
Had such an unfortunate experience with their recent management. FYI, they were acquired by a large corporation just over a year ago.
Long story short, went this outlet in section 18, had food poisoning, couldn’t go to work for several days. When came back to complain, I was rudely dismissed by the staff and Manager. Right before I walk out, I saw a fly in their food display. Took this photo?and posted on Google Maps. Sent an email to their management, and Finally received a feedback from Baker’s Cottage after over 8 months - thanks google for the 12,000 views as of today.
They offered to pay my rm35.00 clinic bill and told me the Manager was sacked last year, (nice try).
Terrible hygiene. Will be lodging a report with Jabatan Kesihatan & relevant authority.
Don’t let ourselves be bullied by giant corporations. Unhygienic food preparations should never be tolerated. Especially by large companies who made heaps of profit selling their products to us the little guys.
Lost yourself a loyal customer of over 10 years. My only hope is that another 12,000 people will see this post and feel as strongly as I do about our consumerism.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The variety of bread/bun not so much choice. Other menu is 'Nasi Ayam Panggang (peha)' also available with free refill of soft drink.
Dine in or take away service as usual and of course have charge of plastic bag. The packaging bag look very nice.
End of shop lot near to main road. Near to Maybank, KFC, McDonald, Ayamas & Hari-Hari Shopping Complex.
