★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything was good. Nice food. Friendly staff. My favourite place to eat with family. But today I feel very disappointed because my drink is not as tasty as always.
Order two Boba caramel milk tea Large rm9.30 but TOO BITTER it just taste like BOBA WITH TOO MUCH TEA!
Order two Boba salted caramel chocolate Large rm10.90 but TOO MILKY it just taste like BOBA WITH TOO MUCH MILK!
I even ask the staff to change the drinks but it still taste the same!
Please keep the standard quality of your drinks.
I don't care about the price but make sure it's worth it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was really disappointed from the quality of black forest cake that was serve to me. I bought to my friend as my friend birthday today but The cake was MOULDY . It's just so embarrassing. And, i called to outlet and and told them the cake it was MOULDY. But the staff still asked me how was the taste? How speechless am i !!! We found green mould on the bottom of the cake, so i have to ask my friend continue eat that cake ? That is not the quality of cake that one would expect from a restaurant of your level and reputation. You need to make sure that your customer are getting the highest caliber of available ingredients as well as proper preparation.

Secret recipe have the standard operation procedure,so their service their food taste presentation and everything are standard.
For me there is a pro's and con's.
Obviously this outlet is quite good and well.manage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I understand menu can be limited at this time with the flood problem causing supply n logistic issues. The service was bad. The waitress just dump the fork n spoon n left. Did not even key in all the orders despite writing it down. Service was slow. The manager apologized on behalf. This branch is the worse one ive experienced. Section 18 branch, dont rake customers for granted. I dont think ill come to this one again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor customer service. There was a breakdown in service - long waiting time for our food (order) to be ready and served. We had to ask about it 3 times. Twice, we were told that it was still being made. Finally, it was served after about 35 minutes - how long does it takes to cook a simple chicken chop to be served?
