★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to buy the chicken rice set. The cashier was wearing gloves and receiving money with the same gloves, and proceed to cut chicken with the same gloves. So many surfaces has been touched, it was unhygienic. She pass the packed food with the soiled plastic (due to the gloves). Hope the management can improve the cleanliness and give proper training to the staff. Thank you

Whole chicken is yummy! I've ordered black pepper whole chicken, it's flavorful and meat is tender and succulent.
Sauce provided is delicious too, but you gotta pay more for extra sauce. It's too yummy not enough for me to dip?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad packaging. the chicken wasn't properly packed that when the food arrived, the whole plastic was dripping with oil and my egg tarts were affected because the sauce dripped all over the box of egg tart and it became soggy at the bottom. Was a little disappointed because I really liked the egg tarts. I'm a repeated buyer since I've ordered this a few times from here already. Please separate to two bags next time so that the sauce. Overall roasted chicken tasted good, it was juicy tho this time is less seasoned.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall, it was a pleasant experience. Their macau egg tart was sooo good. I love it. The roasted chicken was good too, I guess. It's just not suit to my taste, esp. the garlic sauce (too strong for me).
