Many times jgk la fmly ak pergi sini..tapi hari ni ak nak try jugak pergi sebab bad review dr fmly ak...services dia OMG memang terukkkk...nak order kek sebijik pun buka main lama..lepas tu mtk tlg tulis happy birthday jer pun, lepas dh tulis boleh pulak staff tu biar jer kek atas meja..x isi dalam kotak..ak perati jer dia dok pergi buat keje lain sambil borak dengan kwn dia..nak kena semburr dulu baru keje jalan ke apa?? Manager baker's cottage raub, tolong la bg briefings kat staff2..kalau rasa nak borak dgn kawan & x suka layan customer tolong cari keje lain...kitaorang as customer ni boleh nakk angin tau kalau services korg mcm ni..OMG!!!
If possible, don't want to star directly. Many times I don't go here ... but today I want to try to go because of a bad review from my family ... his services are OMG, it's really bad ... I want to order a cake and open it for a long time ... then I'll write happy birthday jer pun, after dh write can pulak staff tu let jer cake on the table..x fill in the box..ak perati jer he dok go make another keje while chatting with kwn him..nak kena semburr first then keje jalan ke apa ?? Manager of baker's cottage raub, please give briefings to staff2..if you feel like chatting with friends & x like customer service, please find another keje ... we as customers can get the wind to know if korg services are like this..OMG !!!
