★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please improve your customer service. I've been waiting for more than 20 minutes to queue and pay my food. 2 staffs in a shift is insufficient. Please make it 3 staffs in a shift to provide a better service & more efficient. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service should be improved. I've asked the staff about how long the ice cream cake will last? Because we wanna cut the cake tonight but she simply answered 'tak sure' i wonder how many branches of bakers cottage all over Malaysia, and the staff didn't know the product knowledge. No one attend us and the staff busy topup cake into the chiller, so i just randomly asked questions. She advice us to put the cake into the chiller, and she also said, the cake in the store also keep in the chiller. I was like, really? It's obviously -21c temperature reading on the freezer and later i found out there are sticker stated that it's freezer. So the staff, didn't know which one is freezer and which one is chiller ? did they do temperature checks or temperature log? ?
