From my place to this tealive need 15 minit , after i confirm the time they close is 11pm only i decided to go and have a drinks, end up getting answer that they are closed at 10pm but the board written 11pm ? Wasting my time , seriously if you need to check with your worker.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst bubble tea shop I have even visit! Terrible service attitude by the staff called Kelly. When I first step in to the shop I told her that I will be paying using Digi Voucher. Once I order i immediately ask her what sugar level Tealive have as there is not sugar level board indicated. What she answer me was my drink is already made. You must be fast enough to mention it. Oh, ok. that was fast. So Tealive is a brand that don't even care about the sugar level of their Bubble Tea thus the staff normally don't ask about sugar level, no sugar level board indicated and don't even allow customer to choose their sugar level ????. When I wish to make payment. I show her my phone and press redeem button of my digi Voucher in front of her. What she answer me was... She need the barcode of my voucher to scan. Thus now she can't do anything. I can't get my drink that I paid for and being bullied by the staff. My advise to everybody was kindly purchase with this branch at your own risk. Welcome to provide bad review if you are being treat or served badly by the staff of this branch too ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the most worst outlet . Suppose to closed 10pm walk in 9.28pm but the cashier refuse to take order and claimed already 9.30pm and we walk out with disappointment. What kind of staff Tealive have here??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service. The worker yelled at me because i couldn't properly hear what he was trying to say since they wear mask. Very rude also. He gave us death stare like he wanted to hurt us. Similarly my friend also had a bad experience another day. Please check your staff and be respectful to your customers. So disgusting
