★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pegawai (perempuan rambut pendek) yg berkhidmat di kaunter sangat kurang ajar. Cakap kasar, suka hati je kata kat kita sebagai rakyat. Cara dia cakap macam dia pulak yg bayar gaji kita ataupun jadi boss kita. Tapi itu mungkin normal dan dah biasa dah dalam sistem kerajaan di Malaysia di mana rakyat yg ingin berurusan dgn pegawai bertugas kalau boleh kena sembah diaorang..kena layan diaorang lebih baik sebab diaorang kan kerja kerajaan!!!
Sedangkan kerja dia tu, duit gaji dia tu dari duit cukai kita. Org macam ni x layak utk memberi khidmat kepada rakyat yg membayar cukai utk gajinya.
 The officer (short haired woman) who served at the counter was very rude. Talk rudely, like what we say as people. The way he talks is like he's the one who pays our salaries or becomes our boss. But that may be normal and it is common in the government system in Malaysia where people who want to deal with officers on duty if they can, they have to be worshiped ... they have to be treated better because they are government employees !!!
While he works, his salary is from our tax money. Org like this x is eligible to provide services to the people who pay taxes for their salaries.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya harap pihak polis Sungai Nibong dapat ambil tindakan yang lebih tegas terhadap aktiviti merempit dan lumba haram tengah2 malam. Tolong lah. Saya merayu. Jangan sekadar halau sahaja budak2 ni. Apa yang saya harapkan pihak polis menahan semua yang terlibat dan bertindak dgn lebih pantas sebab setiap kali saya call, dalam 15-20 minit macamtu baru nampak kereta polis. Time tu diorang dah settle racing and pergi dah.. Benda ni akan berulang setiap minggu. Kasihan dengan orang yang kerja hujung minggu tapi waktu rehatnya terganggu. Lagi2 yang ada baby.
I hope the Sungai Nibong police can take stricter action against illegal squeezing and racing activities in the middle of the night. Please. I appeal. Don't just drive these boys away. What I hope is that the police arrest everyone involved and act faster because every time I call, in 15-20 minutes I see a police car. At that time, people settled racing and left ... This thing will happen again every week. Pity the person who works the weekend but his break time is interrupted. Again, there is a baby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Need to say thanks to this police station for their politeness while i was treated badly at QB police station when asking for permit to cross state to bring my mum for second dose vaccination. We need police with helping attitude instead of bullies that creating fear. Bravo and keep it up Sg Nibong police station!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awfully ignorant police woman who I had the unpleasant experience of dealing with. I came with more than valid reasons for needing to travel to KL and she was not even listening, talking over me multiple times demanding something which was impossible to get. She wanted to say no before I even started talking, though I remained respectful the whole time, that one is clearly not fit for the job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Read previous review, a bit concern about the service of this balai. I was there to apply the permit merentasi negeri in the morning 10 something on 7Sat but been told by the only police woman need to come back 1 day before my trip only can approve. I asking if evening time ok to come & been told they are working 24hrs. Quite friendlly & helpful on duty officer. Came back on 12Aug ~7.35am, since only allowed one person in there for the business during pandemic SOP, just waited 2 min outside the entrance, the policeman in charge open door asking. Just surrender the documents to him & been invited in there & just within few min after verification been approved. Also quite professional & polite policeman this time. Thumb up for this police station & both officers I dealt with & keep up the momentum to help rakyat. ??. Tips: Downloaded borang merentasi negeri from internet 2 copies, filled in info & attached IC photostat 2 copies as well. They will keep one copy. We keep 1 copy of approved documents. This will speed up the whole process.
