I had a 50% off for any treatment of my choice(birthday treat). Hence i opted to have the Full Foot Spa(worth Rm120), after discount, the price was Rm 60. Did a prior booking to avoid long waiting time. However, I was kept waiting for about 20 minutes.
The staffs are friendly, however, the Indonesian staff that i was assigned to was practically new and didnt have any idea on what to do. She was instructed, by another fellow colleague on what to do. I clearly heard about the instruction given to her,"Gosok-gosok macam haritu,kak".
I was given a foot soak for about 15 minutes, then the actual scrubbing of my foot, was only for 5 minutes, then proceed with the application of lotion. Done. This is my first time here, since they newly opened, however this is not my first spa experience. I have been to many foot spa, pedicure, so i know what to expect. So for the actual price of rm120, is this what you get? Ridiculous.
I did voice out it to another staff, she apologized, and she offered me a complimentary leg massage for my next visit. She explained that it is a new staff, hence she doesnt know. Why did the management let a new staff handle customers, when she is poorly trained. I wouldnt recommend or go again. The spa which is in the vicinity is far better than this. Sorry to say, but this is the truth.
