โ โ โ โ โ Strategic place. Located between two petrol station and other amenities. Helpful staff. Clean and well decorated. Have pool for children (no filtration system). Unfortunately, it's pricey for a chalet room quoted as 'Royal Suites'

โ โ โ โ โ The worst experience. The rooms here are really expensive but the place does not meet my expectation. The aircond does not working properly. TV? NJoi only? Seriously? I paid RM370 per night for this kind of service? The refrigerator also not working properly. I am really disappointed. The only thing that I appreciate is the staffs at reception but others are big disappointment.

โ โ โ โ โ Shouldn't mark as mountain view actually, because there is no mountain view from the room and have to walk to the back of the chalet to have a view of the mountain. Swimming pool is out of service. Room need maintenance and more cleaning required as lots of spider webs on fans and lights. Location is strategic and got free parking.

โ โ โ โ โ Affordable boutique hotel in Baling. About 7 rooms all on ground level. Almost similar to a motel, but they refer to it as hotel. Parking is enough one car per room, although a bit tight & need experience in side parking. Service is okay but you need to self check-in & check-out. Located between 2 gas stations; Shell & Caltex. Stood apart from other hotels because of the scenery; the backdrop is a huge outcrop of limestone hill. Magnificent!

โ โ โ โ โ The room was OK. The refrigerator is quite smelly when open. I like the white table and chair outside the room.
However, children swimming pool was not properly maintained.And the fence nearby full of lalang. I think management need to solve this issue. Refer below picture that I've taken this morning.
Overall, current panoramic scenery was not what we expected it to be.
