Ok.

Comfortable budget hotel in this peaceful town, also serve traditional hand made delicacies for a cheap and satisfying breakfast.

Clean and good location. It will be nice if the staffs are friendly orientated

decent hotel for a quick stay, nice water pressure, room was clean, staffs were friendly. Only the pillow is a lil bit hard, but I dont mind actually.

The management is making a very poor judgment by employing annoying staff which is extremely unprofessional, therefore at the same time representing the company image. 1. The staff is very rude - did't even know how to greet customers. Let's not talk about politeness, greeting or smile to customer or anything similar to this, they don't even know how to say thank you" or "terima kasih" to customer. 2. When you approached them by walking in or calling them, their answers is always 'boleh telefon balik ke? or 'saya tak tau la hal ni, nanti telefon balik jam 3? orang tu tau" so, whats the point of answering the phone and sitting at the front area? If they're not ready with all this question, why they work in a hotel? Are they un-smart people? 2. Lecturing customers because their understanding is.. customers is a burden, by making them do a lot of works eg; they need to tidy up the rooms, sweep/mop the floor, etc Maybe they prefer to work without doing nothing and just waiting for the month end for their salary? 3. Busy browsing their phone and make customers to wait for them to finish what their doing in their phone (you tube, FB - I dont know) 4. You can't use your card, credit card or debit card, so be ready to carry your cash. 5. Lastly, actually I don't want to give any star at all, but since I cant post without giving one, I have no choice to give 1 star. So, if you want some adventure and experiencing for a free scolding or lectures/preaching, glares, cold look from this kind of people, feel free to visit this marvellous hotel... Feel sorry for the management for having this bunch of idiots ruining the hotel.

I wonder why so many mosquitoes even though no windows in the room. The front counter lady also didn't let us extend our stay until 6pm and said the room was booked even though there was no one. I prefer HNM hotel compared to this hotel. Such a disappointing stay?

Unconfortable. No table for luggage.
