★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ape lah yang susah sangat angkat call.. kalau tahu tak payah tukar klinik.. menyesal rasa. klinik gambut lg busy dari klinik balok padahal nya boleh je angkat telefon. Ni dekat 100 kali call langsung tak angkat. Bila call nurse yang incharges boleh pulak cakap “sy busy ni sy busy.. nnti call” se busy2 klinik gambut tak pernah lg tak angkat call. Senang berurusan dgn klinik gambut.. kalau bukan sebab pindah balok tak ingin nak pegi klinik balok ni. Service pun.. haihhh.. malas nak cakap
 Ape is the one who is very difficult to answer the call .. if you know you don't have to change clinics .. I'm sorry. The peat clinic is busy from the beam clinic even though you can pick up the phone. It's close to 100 times the direct call didn't go up. When you call the nurse in charge, you can say "I'm busy, I'm busy .. nnti call" if the peat clinic is busy, I never answer the call again. It's easy to deal with the peat clinic .. if it wasn't for moving the beams, I wouldn't want to go to this beam clinic. Service too .. haihhh .. lazy to talk

But I would give a "0" mark for the responsible doctor on that day because his attitude doesn't represent a doctor. I would say he doesn't learn about the communication to talk with the patient and also his manner. The government should take seriously this and a lot of things that need to improve. Thank you.
