β β β β β Tranfer from GH,(kecemasan) to KKJalan Perak..surat dari GH pun DR buat hilang, second time appointment dr ask letter .not in my folder..I/c last four digits aslo wrong 1tukar 7.. today appointment. Staff bagi no.giliran tapi didn't take my folder to clinic..

β β β β β Went for blood test once. It was ok, just need to wait around 2 hours which is acceptable. However recently brought newborn baby for Jaundice test, saw around 5 nurses in one small room eating kuih & mangosteens happily chit chatting without face masks on. At least the nurse who handled our baby wore back her mask and sanitized her hands before carrying our baby but this behaviour is unacceptable during Covid-19 pandemic. Anyway this will be our last time visiting this clinic!!

β β β β β This is a government clinic similar to an outpatient clinic. No specialists are available & a dental clinic is available on the 1st floor.
However due to covid, a dental table has been setup on the ground floor just outside the main doorway to the clinic. Appointment will have to be arranged with the staff there.

lucky the doctor and everyone I met are nice and friendly. Doc Razinah listen and cared I appreciate it. it took 2hours as expected not sure why people complain about wait time when it super crowded and cost RM1.

β β β β β I am here only for the dental clinic services. Not too bad but not great either. This morning I came over for a dental appointment. Young dentist spotted two cavities. Instead of working on patching them up, he advised me to wait for their phone call to set the next appointment date for cavity filling. Found out subsequently at the front counter that it will be months bf they call me again n then more waiting til the next dental appointment for cavity filling. Didn't want to pursue the matter further as we were in the middle of a Covid crisis on 1September 2021 n I was glad to leave asap. Seriously, I much prefer the level of professionalism shown by dentists n dental staffs in the next building at the Periodontic Centre. Was with them for fifteen long years until they bounced me out saying I no longer had gum issues. My loss really.
And yes, the parking problem in the compound of the centre is real. Getting a parking space inside the compound is unlikely so try your luck by the roadside.
Note: Received phone call on 1 November confirming dental cavity filling procedure is on 8 Nov. I suppose 2 months from dental check-up to cavity filling job is acceptable if there is no toothache.
