★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Old condominium but it is a nice place to stay . Quiet place near with city and shopping mall . No worry it is not haunted building . Maybe young mate have a hard time to digest the physical look , but once you enter the building you will notice this is quite good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good condo close to KL and best views of the city and twin towers. Nearby major shopping malls just a 6rm grab ride away. Pool is good. Exteriors could use a good new paint

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Old apartment buildings that is sufficiently well kept. Came here to visit a friend. The guards at the front entrance wasn't very helpful and they didn't inquire on the guests movement into and out of the buildings.
The compound looks clean.
Elevators are old with some buttons that are not functioning well: my friend and her baby were about to enter the elevator, and a man who's already inside hold the "Open" button, however it didn't work, and so the door almost closed onto my friend and her baby.
