Very good location if you are RHB staff. It's just opposite RHB HQ.
Not many restaurant around.
Mall & supermarket cannot be reach by foot

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfect Kuala Lumpur City location stay in. Long or short term. Great for travellers. Very Central. Lots of good around. Walkable to Bukit Bintang. Across TREC and Zouk. MRT TRX Station is only 5min away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Because we can go everywhere everytime what we love to do. The location that we are sitting is in the middle of the circle.. can u imagine all around u is never be silent..always crowd of people from everywhere even the Ginny ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is already old..that a lot of things needs to be refurnished. Most especially to my room that im staying.. It's way too old and bed is gonna be broken in no time. So the price for this room is NOT WORTH IT. And the pool as well, nobody can stay there for long.. It's not ideal to chill there coz it looks so plain and there's green lines that symbolizes the pool is old and kinda dirty.. All in all... It's not worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A lone oasis in the Tun Razak concrete desert. Apartments comfortable but support services like shops etc. lacking due low demand, though a lone convenience store does its best.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ its sit right in golden triangle ?️ land, however, its quite old building with old designed and individual ownership that's why not all the landlords willingly invest for renovations to make better. I went there for visiting friend who rented there.
