Good place to find the rare stuff. Be prepared for a wait time if you show up at the doorstep and look for a special part. You can do two things:
1. Liaise with them for the part before going there. Calling won't be an easy task either - they don't pick up or they don't understand what you're trying to tell them
2. Go there, attempt to get someone, order the part, and if they are having a tough time (which happens quite often), tell them you will come back a few hours later. This can work to your advantage rather than sweating it out over an hour waiting for them to search for your "special part".
