He is very fast and customer service oriented in attending to all customers quickly, solving their issues and very enthusiastic person. He is the main reason I feel happy and comfortable to come service my car at the Proton Platinum service center and share the problems faced in my car as he is very patient in listening to the problems I faced. Keep it up Mr Ragavan on your positive and energetic character. Wish you all the best.

He is very knowledgeable and professional. Working with him has made my first time buying a car a smooth and great experience. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is an authorised Proton service center, therefore the price over here is slightly at higher side, compared to the "shop-lot workshop" at the roadside - and besides paying for the parts, you also need to pay for the labour charges (which is almost similar rate as continental service center - like Audi)
I rate this place as 3 Stars because the customer service quality by this service center has significantly dropped (compared to the time before pandemic) - but to date, the workmanship by the mechanics are at acceptable level.
The professionalism and friendliness demonstrated by the (mostly new hired) staff has degraded, while at time of COVID (when this review is written), the safety measures was poorly monitored!
The average service duration which involve changing engine oil would take between 1 hour to 3 hours! - and it would cost you between RM150 to RM500, depending on other parts that need to be replaced.
