And the service team for installation are superb too, efficient and complete install on time. Highly recommend to those that are not only local Bkt Mertajam but Penang island too!

β β β β β Having good experience in air cond purchase, able to arrange installation date according to client needs, and the price is reasonable. The most important thing is after sales service from this company is excellent. They able to fix my air cond issue just a day after the inform. Thumb up!

β β β β β Professional, friendly and helpful. Even when I ask a lot of question. They still entertain. I got the boss, Mr Simon number via my friend. Contact him via whatsapp, ask question, he still answer even he is outstation outside Malaysia. He give quotation with the aircond that I ask. I compare the price with Shopee and Lazada, still the price here is almost the same and some of it are cheaper than buying online. I came to their shop and deal with Miss Tan. Really soft spoken and friendly staff. Will definitely come to this again and suggest to other this shop.

β β β β β been using their service for the past 4 years but i have to say very poor service and irresponsible what kind of low grade technicians they hired...call for service but they totally broke down my AC after done serviced it, this happened to me twice first time i just let go coz we still got warranty but 2nd time happened, they left and never came back to repair it..this is an honest review and really hope theres no other victim after me

β β β β β Purchased few aircond for my new house here. This company carry the SEDA program airconds. I just did all the ordering via WhatsApp thru Ms Tan with minimal phone call. It's very easy to discuss and ask them to recommend which aircond to buy and quote. The SEDA application is done ASAP and once it's approved and ready to give rebate, they are fast to process to bank in the rebate to you. I did encounter some problem post installation (installation not from banleng but my contractor vendor) once I submit my queries, they are very prompt and within 2 days technician came and resolved my problem (nothing is wrong on the aircond just installer did not do a good job) . I highly recommend penangites to look out for this seller rather than shopping at the electrical shops!! ????
