β β β β β i went to check a few shops and their prices are the lowest for panansonic a/c. overall is ok but the after-sale service is a bit slow and out of expectation. since it is MCO, i cant go their shop and everything was dealt online. i also made my payment online. but after making payment, after 4 workings days (in between was CNY holidays), i still havent receive my sales order. i checked with them and said will issue me one. after CNY, i still havent receive my sales order and didnt apply for SEDA RM200 rebate for me even i provided the details to them before CNY. maybe they are busy and told me will apply ASAP but 4 working days seems a bit too long for me to wait just for a sales order and application for SEDA RM200. maybe walk in will be faster. i hope they can improve on that. i am still waiting for the sales order and SEDA RM200 application as of now.
