★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a unit at Puchong “ Duet Residence “ under The bandar Kinrara property. It was a very bad experience overall. I collected my key back in 2017. The first defects inspection was done in December 2017 and I was told by a gentleman name Wilson-person in charge that it will take not more than a month to complete. After a month (January 2018) I tried to called numerous time but he didn’t answer call and not even returning my call. I called office and they still ask me to contact Wilson which I told them I am not able to reach him. Finally I manage to reach him via WhatsApp and he told me they have not started my unit due to CNY. And he told me he will try to rush for me. Months after months, all sought of excuses and reasons until now August 2018 They still haven’t handover. The worst is recently I went and check my unit, I pointed out few things to Wilson that I’m not satisfied with the works and his replied “is like that and can’t change”. So no point for me as a owner to voice out even I find something not right. This is obviously shown that irresponsible as a developer and the staff. They totally IGNORED my feedback and just ask me to collect the key. I regretted buying this unit and because of their attitude, no responsibility, no integrity and don’t care attitude.
