★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We visited IJM sales gallery at Rimbayu, one of the four main developers of the new township at Teluk Panglima Garang. After a quick and refreshing and relaxing drinks, we were briefed by a friendly and knowledgable sales personnel and later fetched and ushered by service crew to view few showhouses. The houses were well designed and decorated. Prices ranges between RM800 to RM1.5 mil.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love the design of the whole Bandar Rimbayu and the show gallery. Everything is green and lovely. Even the show units are great for you to visualise your home. Too bad I'm not familiar with this part of town. If not, I would definitely purchase a unit here hands down!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I arrive early than my agent, then security guard don't let me go in even i show the appointment pdf, i mentioned the weather is hot but the security guard still said cannot and talk to me very rude
The security guard also said need wear double mask, but i wear N95 mask, i said N95 is enough because is thick, then the guard said no, i need to wear double N95 mask, i feel security guard no brain, it is ridiculous, do you ever see people wear double N95???
Then I saw got IJM staff passby then i seek for help, then the IJM staff said" i don't know, u need to communicate with the agent that guide u to come"
She is very rude and seem like i standing in front of the IJM sales gallery and everything is none of her business, this is very not professional and how they can treat customers like that!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Guest arrived earlier than the sales person. i was asked to sit outside on a hot sunny day. i was promised to view the show unit but felt cheated after shown the mini replica in the gallery. not trustworthy! the security guard is to rude and not customer friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor customer service, bad exit and entry from the whole township, jam every morning and evening, all developer is not going to fix the issue and keep building
come and feel yourself every morning and evening during workday , dont ask me share less ideal experience , come feel YOURSELF !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ IJM staff is very bad attitude and not professional, we are customers but treat people very arrogant, such a attitude i sure IJM cannot grow further
The security guard also very arrogant, they think they are high level and talk like a boss, hello, we are customers, even customers don't know then you can explain nicely but not treating customers like animals!! I won't buy any IJM property with such bad attitude from security guards and the IJM staff there!!!
I really urge the top management seriously look into this security guard and staff issue, a lot of my friends went there all have same bad feelings!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have joined many events organised by Bandar Rimbayu during festive season. Their events are very fantastic and favorable to kids. Our family really have fun on events exp: ASTRO event, Chinese New Year BIG FUN DAY, Lantern Festival, Deepavali, Hari Raya, etc.
