★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my 2nd time complaint on this issue about the landscape in the boundary of TROPICANA AMAN BYAN. The landscape maintenance has not been done properly for the entire ever since I stayed over here. The front rows which are Jalan 1 and 2 were much well maintained compared to the following rows. I had conversations with the sweepers and been told by them that the front rows will be swept everyday however remaining rows will be alternate days and certain days the blower is out of fuel so will be manually sweep. May I know is this fair for the residents who stay at the intermediate and back rows with the same maintenance fee amount that we have paid all these while. I was also been told by them that short of cleaners. Entire AMAN BAYAN is done by this 2 ladies. Kindly fix this short man power issue or improvise it. Those dried leaves were trapped in the boxes that designed underneath the trees. This issued has been brought to the maintenance department since couple of months ago however it was not been monitored by the supervisor. Some thing new which is the blower has been brought up to ease the sweeping duty however the sweepers or cleaners have not bothered to blow the dried leaves from the designated box underneath the tree. Video cctv footages that job was not carried out properly.
As everyone knows that we are staying in a tropical country 24/7 is summer. Kindly water the trees otherwise more yellowish leaves. I doubt TROPICANA has won the best township award however just the outside not the inside. I much appreciate if you could maintain the tittle. Kindly maintain the township wisely. Another issue is that the trees are not fertilised and dying. I will attached with the pictures and I am curious with the tree species whereby the tree leaves grow downward and it doesn’t seems nice at all. This is definitely lack of research. Kindly advise on this matter. Basically we are so much incomparable with ECO SANCTUARY in terms of everything like the maintenance and landscaping and etc. Let’s improvise this township and put some responsible on it.
