The car parks in the building are all reserved for the staffs in the building. Public are asked to park outside. This is a major inconvenience and doesn't make any sense at all. I think the managememt needs to buck up and improve your service!

Usually cannot get car park.. most of the time you can only illegal park at the opposite of the building
