β β β β β Been here several times in the last 2 months or so. Had a pleasant experience each time. Everyone I encountered, from the Rela staff to the front counter staff to the officers that took care of my applications. They were all polite and efficient. Keep up the good work!

β β β β β There are many counter available helping the public citizens preparing the national registration such as personal identity card & etc. The queing was pretty fast due to many counters available. As new identity card can be issue and collection within 30 minutes times.

β β β β β Very efficient, friendly and fast service. The whole process of replacing my identity card took less than an hour although there were many people at the office. After having my photograph taken, my new identity card was ready in about 20 minutes. It was a very pleasant experience indeed. Keep up the good work!

β β β β β Went there on Saturday to change MyKad. The service was extremely fast. I got my new MyKad in less than 40 mins, including waiting time. Counter staff are friendly. The 2nd counter who took photo even shown me the photo taken and asked if i am happy with it! It's a pleasant surprise to have such wonderful experience with government department!
Car can be parked within the compound during Saturday. Ample parking lots.

β β β β β Very disappointed with the front desk lady on ground floor. While waiting for my kids IC to be ready...(40min wait), I went to ground floor as there was no aircond on 3rd floor waiting area, so that I can complete some office work instead of idling. Since there was an empty table at a corner and nobody was using, I shifted it to a nearby bench to work. The lady shouted at me and said I cannot use it. Fine. 5 minutes later, the lady unmask herself to use her mobile phone. Malaysia really need to reinvent itself, especially in public service. We don't need jaguh kampung who bully the public but herself breaking SOP by unmasking in aircond indoor public space. We the general public work so hard, pay tax and this is the quality of service we get...their salary paid from the taxes you and I pay monthly. Sigh...

β β β β β Even though parking is still a challenge here, the overall service have improved. The department have a benchmark on a poster for the difference counters and the flow is smooth and quite happy with my experience today. Social distancing and other SOP are strictly observed here.
