โ โ โ โ โ Poorest customer service. Couldn't negotiate on anything at all. Bank Islam but the attitude is not reflecting Islamic teachings at all. Not to mention the staff raised up his voice because I disagree with him on the conditions set for a loan. Well my friend, you can keep your loan and I shall find another bank with better service and treatment.
