★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ready to queue for an hour if you are queueing for customer service. Only two counters and a normal transaction takes 10 minutes. If there is account opening then it can takes 30 minutes. Count by your own for the duration you need to wait. It can be 10 numbers for one hour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff was friendly, helpful and obliging in assisting us to start an online account, and when we visited again when there was a trouble with the TAC.
Tends to get quite crowded during normal working days, especially lunch hours
However, it's quite hard to get parking. You may opt to park in the housing area at the back of the bank, and walk through the little gate at back entrance.
