Nak buka akaun TH, staff kat situ suruh pegi buka kat TH seremban dgn alasan sbb rmai customer (padahal x rmai pn)..lain kali ckp malas nk layan kn senang, jgn bg alasan mengarut
 Serious service, shameful
To open a TH account, the staff there asked to open the TH office for a reason as a customer (though xm). .. next time please don't be lazy, no excuse

customer x many sometimes only 1 2 people but the turn is waiting for old business ... which branch is the same ... ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Layanan staff depan pintu yang menjengkelkan. Bagi saya, bahagian customer service di bank ISLAM sepatutnya lebih baik kerana bawa nama ISLAM disitu. Mak saya juga terkilan dgn layanan staff bank islam sekarang tak seperti masa awal2 bank islam dibuka dibandar enstek. Harap diperbaiki di masa akan datang.
Annoying front door staff service. For me, the customer service section at ISLAM bank should be better because it brings the name ISLAM there. My mother is also upset with the service of the Islamic bank staff now, unlike in the early days when Islamic banks were opened in enstek cities. Please fix it in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mmg patut lah tutup nanti. Yg duduk di kaunter tu tak friendly langsung. Saya dtg dgn mak saya tanya soalan sikit pon berkerut muka dia. Kalau taknak jawab soalan jgn jaga counter yg bertemu dgn customer.
It should be closed later. Those sitting at the counter were not friendly at all. I came with my mom and asked her a little question with a frown on her face. If you don't want to answer the question, don't take care of the counter that meets the customer.

Pegawai Bank lelaki pada hari ini, 31hb Mei 2022, jam 1315, amat teliti orang nya. Segala soalan dan maklumat di jawab dan diterangkan secara jelas serta lengkap.
Bank Islam Enstek amat bertuah mempunyai pekerja yang mahir tentang produk dan ' inter personal skill' yang baik. Syabas kami ucapkan dan terima kasih sekali lagi.....
Alhamdullillah, I have finished opening my son's Bank Islam account.
The male Bank officer on this day, 31st May 2022, at 1315, was very meticulous of his people. All questions and information are answered and explained clearly and completely.
Bank Islam Enstek is very fortunate to have employees who are skilled in products and good inter personal skills. Congratulations and thank you again .....
