U promote discounted emborg cooking 1 for rm5.99. As u can see, none of cooking cream in single packs available on shelves. I rather took three single cooking cream. Rather than 3 in 1.
U display only those 3 in 1 cost rm20.89,which basically customer will thought it will gonna be save for their purchase. Rm18 for three. Is a big bargain instead of rm20.89. where u can purchase another 1kg flour.
Unfortunately, no such thing.
Cant refund. And if refund u wont get no cash. Need to replace with another item.
Basically u r going to lose one of your regular customer because ur staff may consider to help me to segregate the packs, but instead she going to tell me about ur ridiculous rules.
