★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bukan rezeki dapat layanan yg kurang memuaskan dari kaunter 5. Layanan seolah2 kami ni budak2 tak tahu apa2. Bukannya customer ni nk layanan bagaikan raja pon tpi ckp tu bgi elok sikit.. arahan tak jelas.. sudah maklum nk buat urusan untuk 2 org tapi mcm nk mrh katanya xmaklum. Staff tu yg tak dengar dah tu perli customer plak. Pertama dan terakhir berurusan dgn bank islam kodiang. kali pertama berurusan kt situ,ingat staff nk membantu tpi dpt pengalaman buruk mcm ni. Hati sakit,staff xmembantu,staff menyakitkan hati. 0/5?
It's not a blessing to get unsatisfactory service from counter 5. The service is like we boys don't know anything. It's not that this customer, the service is like a king of pounds, but the ckp is a bit nice .. the instructions are not clear .. I already know that I'm doing business for 2 people, but mcm nk mrh, he said xmaklum. The staff who didn't hear it needed a customer plaque. First and last deal with kodiang islamic bank.
