It's hard to pick up the call..staff talk like they don't want to..act like a public bank owner ..

The service is bad..the customer service manager like us is disrespectful, he is arrogant ... it makes customer matters difficult ... he doesn't have to deal with all the public Bank 1 Malaysia ... everyone eats illegal money, charge interest as you like people..
