The staff who attended my call before I came to the branch was also very informative and had advised to bring the necessary documents for the process. I was supplied with a concise documents of my account details and easy instructions for further online service registration. One of the best banking service that I had ever experienced. Managed to settle my business about 15mins. There are stools outside the premise for those who are queuing and social distancing. Staff will check/call once they are ready to attend next customers.
