 Best for now..service is ok..comfortable place .parking is also ok ... even if it's a little far..a lot of parking..a place that can be said to be perfect ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pengurusan bank sini memang sangat2 teruk. Kena banyak baiki lagi. Orang bank pon xperamah. Baik pergi cawangan lain. Sini memang teruk.
The management of the bank here is really bad. Got a lot better. Bank people pound xperamah. Well go another branch. This is really bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sebelum cny haritu bawak mak pergi sini, mak ada urusan utk withdraw duit. Tapi staff dkt counter customer service sangat lah tak membantu. Tanya apa tak jawab. Buat bodoh je. Sblm ni mak dah dtg dgn makcik, tp mak takboleh nk buat urusan sebab taktahu nak buat mcm mana. Staf pun xde nak tanya. Please improve your customer service!!! Kalau rasa taknak tlg org taknak hadap org jangan jadi customer service ya. Please lah please improve. Kesian dkt customer, kesian dkt org tua yg taktahu mcm mana nk buat urusan itu ini.
Before that day I took you here, I had business to withdraw money. But the staff at the customer service counter was very unhelpful. Ask what is not answered. Make a fool of yourself. Before this, I came with my aunt, but I can't do business because I don't know where to do it. The staff also wants to ask. Please improve your customer service !!! If you don't want to meet people, don't be a customer service person. Please please improve. Pity the customer, pity the old people who don't know where to do this business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 21sep,2.30pm nasib baik org tak ramai.tak yah beratur kat luar,terus je boleh masuk..Alhamdulilah jmpa staff yg peramah..lebih kurang 35 minit selesai...pg biasa ramai,lepas zohor dah kurang org..
21 Sep, 2.30pm, good luck, there aren't many people. There are no people queuing outside, you can still come in. Praise be to the friendly staff.
