★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Masa belajar sini dahulu kala, kad atm aku bermasalah. Aku ke sini pn orang bermasalah, sudah bagi kad untuk reset pin tiba-tiba sunyi sepi.rupanya pekerja dia sudah nyanyuk & mungkin ada masalah penglihatan, aku tengok dia boleh buat-buat bodoh. Kena panggil dia boleh tanya nak apa, kad aku bagilah balik woi!
Study time here long ago, my atm card had a problem. I'm here for a person with a problem, I've been given a card to reset the pin, suddenly it's quiet. Apparently the employee is senile & there may be a vision problem, I see he can pretend to be stupid. I need to call, he can ask what I want, give my card back woi!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My father and i came around 12pm on last Monday. At first we queued along the lines. But when we felt that is not worth to wait for another 13 customer in-front, we comeback home and plan to come after lunch. After lunch, around 2pm, we are lucky can walk in and take the no. The officer was polite and helpful engaging with our needs to renew the card and account activation. The desk officer also sharp and quick tackle our issues thus manage settled within 10 minutes. My observation is, they need to control the customers due to covid pandemics, and we understand the situation to queue outside the bank. The bank itself is clean and tidy, cool and comfortable. Keep up the good works guys!
