★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow Maybank Masjid Tanah. I called you last week and I was kept waiting on the line for quite some time before somebody finally connected me to an officer. However, I was later passed around to THREE officers and had to repeat my enquiry THREE times. The last officer was so rude, no greetings but straight away asked me "What's your problem?" in Malay and later was speaking with a very derogative manner to me. The officer informed me that I will be contacted next week in regards to my enquiry but up till today no call. Therefore, I made a call today and again I was put on hold for quite some time before someone ended my call. I could hear the phone was picked up but put back down. The manager in MAYBANK Masjid Tanah , you really need to train your officers to be respectful, efficient and polite to the customers. This is such poor service.
