★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servis slow.. klau nk buka akaun cepat je nk trik org.. klau lain² servis beratur punya panjang.. orang ramai.. kaunter buka 1 je. Harap dapat la perbaiki... Pelanggan ramai beratur kat luar.. mcm² umur ada...minta prihatin sikit.
Slow service .. klau nk open a quick account je nk trick org .. klau lain² service queue has a long .. people .. counters open 1 je. Hope he can fix it ... Many customers are queuing outside .. mcm² age is there ... ask for a little concern.

Not for enough seats (pity for the elderly) and a bit late (come at 10 o'clock to get close to 12 o'clock just call)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slow.... Waktu operasi 9AM tapi jam 9.20 masih x buka. Yang beratur kemain ramai nya.. Dengan urusan tukar kad bank x boleh buat online nye.. Tukar bank la lepas ni gaya nya
Slow .... Operating time is 9AM but still open at 9.20. The queue is crowded .. By changing the bank card x can do it online .. Change the bank then this is the style

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrived at 12:53PM, waited outside while standing (there are chairs but not enough), until 1:27PM. Asked to go in and I sat down and waited some more 1:50PM then I am called. Only two counters open for long queue. Disappointing. It was slow and inefficient.
For card renewal, make sure you bring your expired card to prove you didn't lose it, or they will charge you RM12 fee for losing the expired card. Make sure to bring IC as well.
Some of the workers are not professional. One of them wore slippers to work, and flirted with another co-worker through the official customer counter.
