★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Menyusahkan costumer, tiada kualiti dalam pengurusan, sy perlu minta cuti dari bekerja sebanyak 5 hari(termasuk harini) dan mungkin nanti juga semata-mata untuk membuka account syarikat di sini, urusan hanya diwaktu pagi, selepas rehat bank islam macam tiada fungsi selain update kad yang telah tamat tempoh sedangkan kaunter ada dua. waktu operasi di musim covid singkat dan sy faham, tapi tolong gunakan waktu bekerja itu untuk mempelbagaikan servis kerana anda bekerja, dan sy pula perlu mengambil cuti desebabkan urusan bank tidak dijalankan ketika cuti umum dan ini akan membuatkan pengurus di tempat kerja hilang kepercayaan kepada sy, jika tiada pekerja yg berkredibiliti dalam menguruskan bahagian pembukaan account sila maklumkan kepada pelanggan seawal yang mungkin supaya kami bole cuba buat di bank lain. Troublesome costumer, no quality in management, sy needs to ask for leave from work for 5 days (including today) and maybe later just to open a company account here, business only in the morning, after the Islamic bank break there seems to be no function other than card update which has expired while the counters have two. operating hours in the covid season are short and sy understands, but please use that working time to diversify services because you work, and sy also needs to take leave because banking is not conducted during public holidays and this will make managers at work lose faith in sy, if there is no credible employee in managing the account opening part, please inform the customer as early as possible so that we can try to do it at another bank. Thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pekerja bank islam lelaki paling pemalas. Datang nak keluarkan asb ckp tak sempat nk update data padahal baru jam 2.50. Pemalas teruk dah la dua kali pi benda sama jugak jadi. Tlg amik tindakan! Kalau ada peg rehat, kaunter asb dibuka kenapa? Peg lain tak boleh buat ke? Disuruh kita balik pulak sbb peg rehat padahal dia ada di kaunter.
The most lazy male Islamic bank employee. Came to issue asb ckp, didn't have time to update the data even though it was only 2.50. He's a bad slacker, he's done the same thing twice. Tlg amik action! If there is a break peg, why is the ASB counter open? Can't you make another peg? We were told to go back for a break even though he was at the counter.
