β β β β β Pada 1.9.2021 saya telah pergi ke bank islam caw uiam dengan tujuan untuk menukar kad atm yang telah expired. Malang nya saya tidak diberi masuk oleh pengawal yg bertugas disitu dengan alasan saya tidak membuat temujanji. Alasan yang tidak masuk akal kerana tidak ada seorang pelanggan pun di dalam bank pada ketika itu. Saya malah disuruh pergi ke bank luar UIA, jika mahu cepat. Saya sangat tidak puas hati dengan tindakan pihak bank islam cawangan Uiam. Harapnya pihak management boleh mengambil kira aduan saya ini.
On 1.9.2021 I went to bank islam caw uiam with the intention of exchanging an expired atm card. Unfortunately, I was not allowed in by the guards on duty there on the grounds that I did not make an appointment. The reason is absurd because there was not a single customer in the bank at the time. I was even told to go to a bank outside UIA, if I wanted to hurry. I am very dissatisfied with the actions of the Islamic bank Uiam branch. I hope the management can take into account my complaint.

β β β β β This is where IIUM students open their bank account. Although there are another banks like bank Muamalat in the institution but bank Islam's service is very fast and time-safing, unlike another bank which its service is good as well but not really like bank Islam's service

β β β β β scam. I want to open my current account (for my business/company) here, they said they will call, but when I called them lot of excuses given to me. At last my account never finish and I had to open at other bank. Thank you for wasting my time for months of waiting.
