β β β β β Susah nak angkat call..hmmm..sepatutnya waktu-waktu covid19 yang melanda negata sekarang ni, dipermudahkan untuk pelanggan call untul sebarang pertanyaan. Tak perlulah pelanggan pergi ke cawangan hanya untuk bertanya..
It's hard to pick up a call..hmmm..should the times of covid19 that hit the country right now, be made easier for customers to call for any questions. There is no need for customers to go to the branch just to ask.

β β β β β Pengalaman paling buruk berurusan dengn pihak bank. Service sngat lah lambat melampau pukul 2.40 saya smpai tapi 4.30 bru tiba giliran saya. hanya untuk buka akaun, padahal orng yng menungu hnya 5orang. Saya xthu mcmna jalan kerja di bank ini tapi bank ni perlu improve.selesaikan masalh ni ambik contoh jalan kerja bank lain. Harap pihak management alert.
Worst experience dealing with the bank. Service was very slow, I arrived at 2.40, but at 4.30 it was my turn. just to open an account, even though there are only 5 people waiting. I don't know how to work in this bank, but this bank needs to improve. Solve this problem by taking an example of another bank's way of working. Please alert management.
