★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service at counter.. this is my experience tday (4/2/22 around 12pm) with the staff at the counter.. not helpful.. malas.. kalu nok kijo buat caro supo nok kijo..
I wanted to buy headset compatible with ps4 for my son.. not all headset at counter (above - need to climb) compatible wth ps4.. If a customer want to choose from the few choices, why cant u brought down few sample diff brand for me to choose first?
Instead, just get the one infront (easiest to reach) with all the habuk n kotak kemek then give to customer.. although ive already asked to look at few sample, the staff just sit there looking at me and said all are same.. ridiculuos.. i hope this post will reach ur manager.. n pls treat ur customer well..
