Omaigoodd.. I nk buat akaun tapi kena tunggu punya tunggu ...tapi tak panggil ii...I mcam blur bilee masuk ..sebb dia sruh tnggu je. Lama I masuk lepastu tanya staf baru dia jwab dengan emo ii pastu baru suruh ambik number. Bad day

Tolong percepatkan servis anda ya staff bank muamalat. Kesian dekat golongan tua yang menunggu di luar kepanasan.

Updated : Dua mesin ATM/CDM je yang ada di sini. Tapi hampir setiap bulan akan problem kedua duanya tak boleh withdraw duit. Complain pada social media Muamalat, hanya dibalas hari bekerja dan waktu bekerja sahaja, cuma minta personal info, tapi tak maklumkan pada branch yang ada problem. Berulang sampai kesudah setiap bulan. Complain pun tak membantu. Diharap dapat baiki dan jadi yang terbaik untuk pelanggan.
Updated: Two ATM/CDM je machines are here. But almost every month, both of them will not be able to withdraw money. Complaints on Muamalat's social media, only answered on working days and working hours, only asking for personal info, but did not inform the branch that had the problem. Repeat until the end of each month. Complaints do not help. Hope it can be improved and be the best for customers.

Contact number branch tk update. Susah customer nak verify apa2 sblm ke bank. Dah sampai bank baru cakap nk itu ini sedangkan masa buat appointment online tk diberitahu kena bawa. Menyusahkan customer nak kena datang semula. Apatah lagi kalau customer yang rumah jauh atau warga emas. Bad service experience.
Contact number branch tk update. It is difficult for customers to verify anything before going to the bank. It's time for the new bank to say that, while the time to make an online appointment was not told to bring it. Making it difficult for customers to come back. Especially if the customer is far away or a senior citizen. Bad service experience.

Servis amat teruk. Saya menunggu 2 jam. Sebelum sampai ke premis, saya ada call Staff bernama Da. Ayah saya uzur, sukar untuk bergerak. Bertanyakan kepada dia sama ada boleh tak saya dtg utk buat kad baru bagi pihak ayah saya sebab kad patah, dia kata boleh tapi bawa surat doktor sahaja. Sampai sahaja di premis. Setelah 2 jam menunggu beratur panjang, pegawai bank buat pengesahan dengan hospital pulak. okay. Setengah jam seterusnya menunggu, baru nak inform yang perlukan surat beranak saya, perlukan cop jari ayah. Saya sudah menunggu lebih kurang 2 jam lebih. Tapi baru nak inform. Teruk yang amat semua servis, staff ? lastly, ayah sy kene datang jgk and they made my uzur dad beratur jgk ye ? huhu kejam. Dah la nombor tel cawangan kt tak ada. Susah betul nk berhubung
Very bad service. I waited 2 hours. Before reaching the premise, I had a call from a staff named Da. My father is sick, it's hard to move. Asked him if I could come to make a new card on my father's behalf because the card was broken, he said yes but bring a doctor's letter only. Just arrived at the premises. After 2 hours of waiting in a long line, the bank officer confirmed with the hospital. okay. The next half hour of waiting, just wanted to inform who needed my birth certificate, needed my father's fingerprint. I've been waiting for about 2 hours more. But I just want to inform. Too bad all the services, staff ? lastly, my father came here and they made my sick dad line up ? huhu cruel. There is no branch phone number. It's really hard to communicate

Bad customer service/policy, as my dad tried to open account here because he wanted to deposit 10k, but he was denied because apparently they only accept those with home address in Terengganu only, while my dad's address is in Kelantan. He is opening the account in Terengganu since my brother is working there and my dad frequented there at least once a month. This is ridiculous policy, because I also have address in Kelantan on my ID, yet i manage to open a bank muamalat account in Petaling Jaya and deposited 10k without problem. Anyway its their lost, in this competitive financial world, and the inflation coming soon, I will not be suprised if this bank will go into administration soon, which is really a shame as the name doesn't reflect the service it provides.
