★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the service way too slow , if you are unlucky then you will need to wait outside but then you can see some customers newly arrive will directly go inside cutting your queue even you are there for 30 minutes already . the security doesn't even apologize for it bcs they said its SOP not to have so many people inside but then people keep on cutting my queue even I'm there for so long
