β β β β β I only asked the security guard if i need an appointment to get new card, but when I wait for my turn to get a number, he brought me the forms that I need to fill. He didn't need to help me like that, but I am very thankful of his thoughtfullness. Glad I'm staying with this bank, everyone is very friendly and helpful
