β β β β β CIMB bank very bad service and very bad bank getting form the bad to the worst ,very slow and lazy customer service they are not helpful at all not friendly like they not deal with customers everyone is suffering from this bank . please improve CIMB bank Malaysia.

went to the bank at 2pm and staff outside told me they are closed and their working time off at 1pm. After complaining then someone attend to me.
Call toll-free numbers, after so many days calling only get responded for one call.
Write in letter and request to activate dormant bank account, and tell me have to wait for at least 7 working days. And now they still not solving my dormant account activation after so working days.

β β β β β They have plenty of ATM Machine here, if you come at the early of the morning you can easyly withdraw your money or deposit . Since it very located in the heart of city Kuala Lumpur its very easy to find this location using public transport such as MRT or LRT also Cab.

β β β β β Very bad service. Just close my account without any warning. Call them to withdraw the money but never pick. 3 days already trying to call. I stay far I can't come there myself. Even customer service cannot help me just tell me to call the branch. SAY NO TO CIMB AGAIN!!
